    You seem to have forgotten Zoho. Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook has now been extended to Mac users as well. You can now synchronize contacts, calendar events and tasks from Microsoft Outlook to Zoho CRM, associate Microsoft Outlook inbound and outbound emails with Potentials in Zoho CRM. You can also resolve conflicts while synchronizing contacts, calendar and tasks with Zoho CRM so that there is no duplication of customer data.

      Hey, Muhammad. It’s true Zoho didn’t make the list, but it’s mainly because we’ve discussed Zoho in other posts, and I also wanted to take into account the length of the piece. Good to know Zoho integrates with Outlook, even on Macs.

    After looking at a number of solutions, we found eway-crm. Great company. Eager to please customers. Works inside of Outlook so we do not have to learn a new system. Also, we appreciate the fact that the software allows us to focus on the project side of things rather than on sales side.
