At this point management in some cases underestimate what it means for the organization.

We were using Peoplesoft. We upgraded to an all inclusive SAP system that brought the accounting, sales, and field service modules together at a huge cost of finances and speed (yes, we upgraded at great expense to slower). I found this article because I see an upgrade to Workday coming in the near future (2017). Your article makes me feel optimistic!
