ZOHO is not complex. In fact, I find it easier to use then Salesforce. If you have less then 5 employees, there is no doubt that ZOHO is most likely a better option. The major thing to consider is that salesforce requires a big annual contract. With ZOHO, you can jump on today and give it a spin without having to talk with a sales rep.

Salesforce management systems efficiently automate the sales process and management of the sales force. It can easily manage all stages of the sales process from initial customer contact to closing the deal whereas Zoho is a complex system.
